Throwback Thursday: The Most Shocking Moment

I know the title is a bit click-bait-ish, but I have a cold and am uninspired to say the least.

For all of the game worlds I’ve explored over the years, nothing beats the impression made by Tomb Raider.  Wonder upon wonder, trap upon trap.

We thought we had the hang of the game, and that we were doing really well against the beasts of the game, when we were shocked to death by the sudden and very deadly appearance of a T-Rex in Tomb Raider One.  Scream scream scream!

So big, so loud, so right on top of us.  I think it took a few tries to get him once we calmed down.  I can’t think of anything else that has taken me by such surprise.
